Playamar is the eastern continuation of the Torremolinos beach — newer buildings than Bajondillo, more family-oriented, with larger floor plans typical of the 80s and 90s wave of construction. For apartment buyers the proposition is family-scale stock with beach access: 2–3 bed units with terraces and pool access at meaningfully softer per-square-metre pricing than the central beachfront, plus newer-build penthouses where the headline product sits. Less weekend churn than central Bajondillo, more family buyer interest, and pricing that has tracked the wider municipality upward without spiking.
