Playamar is the eastern continuation of the Torremolinos beach — newer buildings than Bajondillo, more family-oriented, with larger floor plans typical of the 80s and 90s wave of construction. Less weekend churn than central Bajondillo, more family buyer interest, and pricing that has tracked the wider municipality upward without spiking.
