Repositioning has lifted these areas more slowly than central Torremolinos, which means renovation upside remains real and meaningful for buyers willing to take it on. Direct beach access without the central crowds is the operational sell; per-square-metre pricing meaningfully below Bajondillo or Carihuela is the financial one.
